- Overview of the Office
The Quality Management Office of UM Digos College was fully operationalized in the year 2016 to ensure that the processes needed for the QMS are established and maintained as per requirements of the international standards. The office is responsible for ensuring that the targets are aligned with the quality objectives as this is reflected in the Annual Operational Plan (AOP) and Accomplishment Reports (AR) of both the Academics and Non-Academic Units. Furthermore, the office also handles the feedback from stakeholders and makes sure that these are communicated to concerned individuals or offices. Also, the office is responsible for the proper control of documents for all offices. In addition, the office also facilitates the accreditation of all academic programs.
