This agreement covers conduct of research congress, capability – building programs, and research collaborations. Present in the activity are from the Davao del Sur delegations headed by its SDS Dr. Lorenzo Mendoza, CESO V and the delegation from UM Digos led by Dr. Tessie G. Miralles.
