DAS, JAPS, PFO, and 4C’s officers gathered together at Baranggay Dawis to initiate and unite in the Coastal Cleanup with the theme, “Bukang Liwayway: Clean-up Drive’. As early as five in the morning, the officers arrived at the shore to clean and pick up rubbish, plastics, and waste materials.
The volunteer officers worked together to achieve the goal with joy and zeal in their hearts. They believe that this activity, makes the area cleaner, increases public awareness of inefficient garbage disposal practices, and motivates people to take better care of the environment.
Let’s keep working to protect our natural resources so that we can continue to benefit from them not just today but in the future as well. Thank you kaDASigs!
