HOW TO CLAIM YOUR YEARBOOK? Before going to the alumni office, please make sure to accomplish STEP 1 & 2. 1. Please bring any VALID ID upon claiming your yearbook 4. If to be claim by a representative, please make sure to bring authorization letter signed by the student and attached a photocopy of the student’s ID (any ID) and the representative’s ID (any ID) in A4 size bond paper.
