Today, we’ll be treated to a spectacular display of skills, creativity, and grace as they showcase their best during the talent portion and cocktail dress competition of the pre-pageant event as the candidates of Mutya ng UM 2023 are ready to take the stage at UM Digos College at 1 PM.
